Two and a half years later…

Thanks to the pandemic and the closure of Japan’s borders until October 2022, I have not set foot in Japan since Jan 2nd 2020. Now that might not sound so bad… except my partner has lived in Yokohama Japan since 2017. Long distance worked when I visited her quarterly… needless to say it’s been a long 2 and a half years and I was very excited to finally be able to visit her this past week.

I have lots of great pictures I’ll share later in an update to this post, but in the meantime I have two videos I unexpectedly put a lot more effort into than I probably needed to pass the time on the flight home, that I’m just really darn happy with and I wanted to share!
